Toffee Apples, a recipe by Martin (5°1)
HELLO !
On the 16/03/08 I did toffe apple (this is really very very good).
For about twelve toffe apples:
- twelve apples (logic) - some sticks (one for each apple) - 200 grs of sugar - 250 grs of butter (you may do with water but it's more difficult) - a saucepan and a spoon
To make the toffee :
In a saucepan put the sugar and the butter. Stir slowly, until the mixture is brown and liquid. Put the apple in the mixture and wrap up of toffe. Serve when the mixture is solid.
