"Tell no one" : a review by Lorelei, 3°3
Hello ! My name is Loreleï and I'm in 3eme 3.
A long time ago, ( honestly ) Miss Bianchi expected me to do some texts about the music I like because I'm fond of music. But I've deceided, in this text, to talk about a movie I saw a few days ago and which make me cry, and yet I don't usually cry when I see a detective thriller.
Perhaps have you heard about the movie " Ne Le Dis à Personne ", ( Tell No One ) realized by Guillaume Canet and derive from the book wrote by Harlan Coben. It received lots of French cinema awards, like the best film-maker, the best music and the best actor.
Here is my synopsis :
Alex and Margot were madly in love since their early childhood. Every years, they went to the lake Charlaine, a lake were they have carved their initials on a big tree when they were young. Not long after their wedding, they went to it for a night and add another line on the tree to represent another year of their love. But this night, Margot was assassinated ...
Eight years later, we could see Alex, still affected by the disappereance of his wife in his life. One day before his wife's death "birthday", Alex receive an anonymous email with the subject " M+A ///////////////////// ". He click on it and see, on a video, Margot's face, on a crowded place, film in real time ...

This movie kept me in suspence because the story is very well organized. The principal actor, François Cluzet, is really good and I felt sorry for him. I think it was his performance that make me cry.
There are lots of lovables characters and the music is really fantastic : Matthieu Chédid, alias -M-, made it and I'm absolutely in love with the latest movie's song that he done, called " Ne le dis à personne ", of course. There is also others wonderful songs, like " Lilac Wine " by Jeff Buckley or " Hands Of Time " by Groove Armada.
My favourite scene is, without hesistating, the latest one, where I cried. But I couldn't tell you how does it end, It would not be serious !
