COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g baking powder (1)
- 90 g caster sugar (2)
- 120 g butter
- 1 sachet of chocolate chips (3)
- 1 beaten egg (4)
- 1 dessertspoon milk
DIRECTIONS
Set oven (5) to 215°C (th. 7).
Grease and flour (6) baking sheets (7).
Sift (8) the flour into a bowl and rub in the butter.
Add the sugar and the beaten egg with the milk.
Add the chocolate chips.
Divide the mixture into small balls.
Dust (9) lightly with sugar.
Bake for about 10 mn, then reduce to 180°C (th. 4) for 5 mn.
