The "Quiche lorraine" by our two chefs Rémi & Jean-Baptiste ! (3ème euro)

Capture d’écran 2013-02-02 à 07.26.05As you probably know my "3ème euro" students are as good as gold ! No need with them to use a carrot and a stick...Teaching them is as easy as pie ! (hint at idioms we've been studying with the help of the fantastic BBC teacher)

As we have been working on Food (in Great Britain) for a few months now,  I've decided to ask my lovely, interesting and intelligent students - hint at the BBC teacher - (as homework) to share their favourite recipe with the whole world ! Capture-d-ecran-2013-02-02-a-07.30.36.jpg

They had to make a film and explain how to cook their favourite dCapture d’écran 2013-02-02 à 07.25.21ish which is a way to export French cuisine in English...

I can tell you they know their onions !

Rémi and Jean-Baptiste are the two chefs. I really like their great sense of humour.

A special thanks to their friend (unfortunately not my student this year) Gabriel for the filmmaking. Remember his name ! He's a very talented young man !

Tant qu'à faire autant y aller à plusieurs, ils ont bien dû prévoir l'étranger de passage, passe me prendre, j'attache ma serviette.
